FL Real Estate Exam Prep is an independent exam preparation tool. It is designed to help you study for the Florida Real Estate Sales Associate License Exam through practice questions, study sessions, and topic reviews.

This platform is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or approved by the Florida Real Estate Commission (FREC), the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR), Pearson VUE, or Dearborn Real Estate Education.

This is not a state-approved pre-licensing course. It does not satisfy Florida's 63-hour pre-licensing education requirement. To obtain a Florida real estate license, you must complete an approved pre-licensing course through a licensed Florida real estate school.

You must create an account to access the study platform. You are responsible for keeping your login information secure. Please do not share your account with others.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that are used in a way that harms other users or the platform.

Access to the study platform requires a one-time payment. You choose either 30-day or 60-day access. There are no subscriptions, no automatic renewals, and no recurring charges.

Your access period begins immediately after your payment is confirmed. Once your access period ends, you will need to purchase a new plan to continue using the platform.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your card information.

All practice questions, explanations, study guides, and other content on this platform are original materials created for study purposes. They are not copied from official exam materials or textbooks.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or resell any content from this platform without written permission.

This platform is designed to help improve your chances of passing the Florida Real Estate exam through practice and repetition. We do not guarantee that you will pass the exam. Individual results will vary based on your effort, preparation, and prior knowledge.

We make no claim about specific pass rates or outcomes.

To the extent permitted by law, FL Real Estate Exam Prep and its owners are not liable for any damages arising from your use of this platform, including but not limited to failing the exam, loss of income, or any other indirect or consequential damages.

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
